Clearway Group of Companies in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking a Job Cost Analyst to support construction project accounting from award through closeout. You will ensure accurate job costing, budgeting, and WIP analysis while partnering with Project Managers, Operations, Estimating and Finance to drive timely financial decisions.

The role reports to the Controller and involves monthly reviews, cash flow forecasting, and maintaining ERP-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of job costing experience in the construction industry.
• CPA designation or progress towards CPA designation preferred.
• Experience with heavy civil, utilities, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or general contracting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all job costing activities to ensure accurate allocation and reporting of project costs.
• Review project budgets, forecasts, and profitability and analyze variances.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor financial health and cost control.
• Lead monthly project reviews and provide financial recommendations to management.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and reporting for project accounting.
