Job summary

Clearway is seeking a Job Cost Analyst to support the financial management of construction projects at our Maple, Ontario office. You will ensure accurate job costing, prepare project reporting, and assist with budgets and WIP analysis in collaboration with Project Managers, Operations, Estimating and Finance.

Reporting to the Controller, you will monitor costs from award to closeout, drive monthly reviews, and help improve reporting dashboards and internal controls as part of a growing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of job costing experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• CPA designation or progress towards CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Experience with heavy civil, utilities, infrastructure, or general contracting is preferred.
• Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and WIP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all job costing activities and ensure accurate allocation and reporting of project costs.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and profitability; analyze variances and risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor financial health and cost control.
• Lead monthly project reviews and provide financial recommendations to management.
• Coordinate month-end close, project rollups, and management reporting packages.
