Clearway is seeking a Job Cost Analyst to support the financial management of construction projects, ensuring accurate job costing, project reporting, budgeting, and WIP analysis. You will work with Project Managers, Operations, Estimating, and Finance at the Clearway Corporate Office in Maple, Ontario.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of job costing experience in construction, a Diploma or Bachelor's in accounting/finance/construction management, and CPA progress is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of job costing experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• CPA designation or progress towards CPA designation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all job costing activities and ensure accurate reporting of project costs.
• Review budgets, forecasts, profitability, and project variances.
• Monitor cost control, timely billing, and monthly project reviews.
• Coordinate month-end close, project summaries, and management reporting.
