Amico is seeking a proactive Student Project Coordinator Co-op for the Winter Term 2027 in Mississauga/Oshawa, ON. You will support project management activities from pre-construction through close-out, collaborating with project managers, site staff, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires enrollment in a relevant program, strong communication, and familiarity with construction documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in construction or engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project is an asset.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and possess a valid driver’s license if travel to site is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and change orders.
• Support project reporting with meeting minutes and cost tracking.
• Review and track construction drawings, shop drawings, and specs.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Assist procurement tracking and expediting material deliveries.
• Contribute to project close-out tasks and turnover documentation.
• Keep project files and digital records organized and up to date.
