Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg is seeking a Production Manager (Construction) to take ownership of reconstruction operations from planning through project completion. You’ll lead a team of carpenters, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge.
• Understanding of permits, inspections, and building codes.
• Restoration industry experience or IICRC/insurance credentials are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop our rebuild team.
• Oversee projects from planning to completion, on schedule and within budget.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate employees, materials, permits, and inspections.
• Monitor project costs and productivity to support profitable delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
