Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a Rebuild Manager Restoration in Winnipeg, Manitoba to lead our rebuild team and oversee reconstruction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and ownership of rebuild projects.
• Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of building codes, permits, and inspections.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience managing multiple crews and projects is an asset.
• Restoration industry experience or IICRC/insurance background is a plus.

• Collaborate with customers, trade partners, suppliers, adjusters, Project Managers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

• A leader who takes ownership, follows through, and maintains high standards for quality and professionalism
• Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors
• Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge
• Understanding of permits, inspections, and building codes
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Experience managing multiple crews and projects is an asset
• Restoration industry experience, IICRC certifications, or insurance industry experience are considered assets

Salary/Rate Range: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00
