The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CM or Civil Eng, 7+ years in planning, and hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CM, Civil Eng, or related field.
• At least 7 years in construction planning/scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Understanding of construction methods and sequencing.

• Experience with contract time extensions is a plus.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling. Proven expertise in using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience in contract administration related to time extensions and claims is a plus. Familiarity with projects in the Kimberley or broader Northern Cape region is advantageous. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
