Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for large-scale construction projects.
• Lead, manage, and motivate project teams, including site staff, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement processes, including tendering, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies throughout the construction process.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, and a sharp business acumen. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and procurement to project execution and closeout. • Experience with contract administration and dispute resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
