Job summary

RONA Inc. in Canada is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Construction and Pro services to join our dynamic sales team. You will prospect new clients in your territory and manage relationships with existing customers on job sites.

You will achieve and exceed personal sales targets, coordinate material estimates and quotes, and collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure smooth orders. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in prospecting and telemarketing.
• In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction and property management (MANDATORY).
• Strong sales skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect new potential clients within your assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, including regular job site visits.
