Job summary

DMC Mining Services in Sudbury, Ontario is seeking Construction Miners for underground work, including concrete and steel installations. The role requires several years of underground mining experience and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as an underground Construction Miner.
• Basic Underground Common Core training in program # 770010 U0000-U0001-U0002-U0012
• Common core specialty modules: U0085a (Concrete Installations), U0085b (Timber Installations), U0085c (Steel Installations)
• Ability to perform concrete work, installation of timbers and specialized ground support, forming, vent doors, walls, and refuge stations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
• Experience operating underground mining equipment (forklift, scissor lift, man carrier)
