Technica Mining is seeking Underground Welders to join their team in Timmins, Ontario. This role involves fabricating and welding structural steel for underground construction projects, operating underground equipment, and supporting the installation of mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Valid CWB All-Position SMAW certification required.
• Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core (U0000, U0001, U0002, U0012) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years welding experience, preferably underground.
• Ability to read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints and manuals.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment testing.
• Willing to work at Technica underground mine sites in Sudbury.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld structural steel for underground construction projects.

What You’ll Need
