ISR Gardening Inc. is currently looking for a Construction Labourer to join their team based out of Thornhill Ontario. The Construction Labourer is responsible to assist skilled tradespersons and perform labouring activities at job sites.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload various materials, and move materials to work areas
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at landscaped sites
• Mix and spread materials such as soils and concrete
• Assist landscaping, paving and other trades on sites
• Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
• Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
• Remove rubble and other debris at job sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
• Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers as directed
• Direct traffic at or near job sites
• Spread topsoil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape structures
• Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments
• Participate in company safety training
