Job summary

Seymour Pacific Developments is seeking enthusiastic labourers to join our on-site team in Strathmore, AB. You will load/unload materials, move tools, operate basic hand and power tools, and contribute to a clean, safe worksite.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company in multi-family construction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related position (construction/labour)
• Positive can-do attitude
• Willing and able to follow direction
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Willing and able to work long hours in a fast-paced, physical environment

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials
• Move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas
• Operate hand and power tools
• Clean up rubble and debris on a regular basis to ensure a safe and well maintained construction site
• Move and level earth using shovels and rakes
• Clean, lubricate, and refill tanks as instructed
• Practice workplace safety at all times
• Perform other duties as required
