What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and manage a crew of 2+ team members

Operate mini excavators

Haul trailers and transport equipment

Excavate foundations, perform waterproofing, crack repairs, underpinning, and structural work

Maintain a safe, high-quality work environment

What We're Looking For:

️ 5+ years of experience in foundation repair, excavation, or construction

️ Valid driver's license & trailer-hauling experience

️ Strong leadership and communication skills

️ Positive attitude ONLY – no room for negativity

️ Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
