Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced estimator to prepare labour and material cost estimates for diverse construction projects. The role involves reading blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements, and creating bid packages for submission.

You will liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to manage changes and ensure accurate cost estimates. A minimum of five years in construction estimating is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Prepare labour and materials cost estimates and bid packages.
• Strong communication with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors.
