Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a construction estimator with 3–5 years of experience to prepare labour and material cost estimates, read blueprints, and manage tender submissions.

You will prepare master format estimates, use CADD software, and coordinate with engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors on cost changes. The role requires on-site work in Canada with a focus on civil, architecture, and industrial construction.

Qualifications

• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs.
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Prepare master format estimates (Class A).
• Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms.
• Utilize quantity take-off procedures.
• Advise on tendering procedures.
• Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors.
