Job summary

Applied Industrial Flooring in Winnipeg is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee flooring projects at client sites. You will supervise workers, coordinate schedules, read blueprints and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervision experience in construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage daily operations, training staff and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of construction supervision experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience reading blueprints, maps, drawings and specs.
• On-site supervision and scheduling of activities.
• Ability to oversee apprenticeship training.
