Job summary

Kabirobe Interiors Limited in Canada seeks a skilled estimator to develop labour and material cost estimates, read drawings, and support economic feasibility studies for projects. The role involves leading cost reports, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring accurate tender submissions.

Experience with CADD software, AutoCAD, and Excel is valued, along with strong accuracy in cost monitoring and financial forecasting for construction bids.

Qualifications

• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs.

• Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects.

Tasks

• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
• Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present clients
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
