Qualifications

• College diploma in engineering or related field with approximately two years' relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing contracts and risk in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate and solve day-to-day contractual problems.
• Monitor and control project schedules.
• Liaise with Client-Partner representatives on contract-related issues and risks.
• Maintain site activity records and prepare reports as required.
• Assess, negotiate and issue contract change orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure quality standards.
