Who are you?

You are an experienced Consultant with a minimum of 2-5 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment. This role reports from either the Toronto or Edmonton office.

Job Description

As a Consultant, you will be involved in:

  • Preparing Technical Due Diligence Reports for lenders for all asset classes prior to Financial Close
  • Preparing Monthly Monitoring Reports for lenders for all asset classes through the Construction Phase
  • Providing advice to lenders throughout the life of the project on technical aspects, including contractual documentation, schedule, cost, operational aspects, and risk
  • Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
  • Research related to construction market conditions in Canada, including analysis of official published data
  • Developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients
  • Knowledge management – ensuring key information and learning from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared
  • Quality control – ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits
  • Ensuring commissions are managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time
  • Ensuring service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment

Additional Information

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
