Job Description:

This role is with Onni Property Management Services Ltd, based in Vancouver. The position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or related fields. The role involves supporting project teams, managing communications, drafting construction documents, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers and Coordinators with meetings, minutes, scheduling, documents, invoicing, and contracts
  • Manage communications and respond professionally
  • Draft construction documents and coordinate with trades and vendors
  • Track project timelines and support deliverables
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate calendars and travel logistics
  • Provide technical writing support and maintain organized workspace
  • Assist with office administration, contact databases, presentations, and event planning
  • Order supplies, manage project materials, and support executives with special projects
  • Coordinate with project teams on financial documents and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Qualifications:
