Qualifications

  • College Diploma in Environmental Conservation or Renewable Resources Management required.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.
  • Eligibility to obtain SVOP and PAL within six months.

Responsibilities

  • Enforces wildlife and environmental legislation by conducting inspections, issuing licences and permits.
  • Supports wildlife conservation and resource management with departmental research and collaboration with HTOs.
  • Promotes public awareness and stewardship through education and training.
