BRP, a world leader in recreational vehicles, seeks a Connected Vehicle Project Engineer in Valcourt, Quebec to help develop new electronic modules for its Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo and Can-Am vehicles. You will collaborate with product teams, define requirements for embedded modules, and validate them on real vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, CS or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual: French and English.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, electronics and embedded software.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and ETAS INCA.
• Solid understanding of vehicle architecture.
• Programming skills: Android, MATLAB, embedded software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to understand needs and translate ideas into innovative solutions.
• Define system and software requirements for embedded modules to enable new features.
• Validate developed modules and coordinate validation activities for optimal performance.
• Perform functional validation directly on vehicles under real-world conditions before production launch.

We are looking for a Connected Vehicle Project Engineer reporting to the Connected Vehicle Project Manager to help us develop new electronic modules. In this role, you will play a key part in developing the next generation of connected modules for our vehicles.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingualism required (French and English).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, and embedded software.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and ETAS INCA.
• Solid understanding of vehicle architecture.
• Programming skills (Android, MATLAB, embedded software).
