Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems – Canada in London, Ontario seeks a Configuration Management Change Analyst Associate Specialist to advance engineering changes from request through closure. You will ensure changes are structured, assessed, and compliant with standards, coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Support.

You will interface with Program, Design Services, and Logistics to meet stakeholder needs and drive on-time implementation.

Qualifications

• College diploma (3 years) or equivalent with CM experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical/manufacturing environment.
• Proficient at analyzing engineering drawings, specs and changes.
• Familiar with PLM systems and enterprise software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage workload in a fast-paced setting and schedule with quality.
• Capable of chairing cross-functional meetings for change impacts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate change requests based on requirements and funding.
• Verify change request completeness and clarify content as needed.
• Identify additional change requirements to ensure full implementation.
• Evaluate variance requests for accuracy and funding availability.
• Determine if deviation requires a change request and proceed.
• Initiate change orders and add definitions as needed.
• Assign the appropriate implementation lead to COs.
• Advance COs through review and collaboration stages.
• Ensure COs are fully implemented per standards.
• Execute ORACLE updates to support sustainment and tooling procurement.
