Job summary

Germain Hotels group is seeking a Conference Porter to support events and guest services at our on-site facilities.

You'll help set up lunch and banquet spaces, assist guests with luggage, serve meals and coffee breaks, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless experiences. A positive, adaptable teammate with basic physical fitness will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, an asset.
• Experience in restaurant service, an asset.
• Good time management and adaptability.
• Determination and team spirit.
• Good physical fitness: standing for long periods, lifting loads and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service by working in collaboration with several departments.
• Take part in setting up and dismantling the lunch area and meeting and banquet rooms.

The Conference Porter is a committed and independent participant in the smooth running of events. They are committed to providing prompt, attentive service, whatever the task at hand. Organized and positive, the holder of this multidisciplinary position knows how to be in solution mode to respond effectively to the various demands that occupy his/her day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
