Job summary

CHEO in Ottawa is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Better Outcomes Registry & Network (BORN) partnership initiatives. You will help develop and coordinate activities, manage communications, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery of conference plans with stakeholders.

The role requires strong written and verbal communications, project coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities with key BORN partners.
• Lead and coordinate planning and delivery of BORN’s in-person conference, including workplan, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate conference program and speaker process, session planning, invitations, and day-of schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, vendors, speakers to align activities and resolve issues.
