Job summary

Doctors of BC is seeking a Project Coordinator, Innovation & Spread, to provide project and administrative support for committees and physician stakeholders. You will help ensure meetings, deliverables, and communications stay on schedule and coordinate the Partners In Care event from start to finish.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with databases, and clear written and verbal communication. A degree or diploma and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree or a specialized post-secondary diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience balancing multiple tasks with internal and external partners.
• Ability to develop databases for tracking team activity and projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and administrative tasks for committees and stakeholders.
• Manage meetings, communications, and deliverables to schedule.
• Support Shared Care’s Partners In Care event from inception to implementation.
• Assist with an efficient project funding workflow and timely reporting.
