Westcorp is seeking a licensed Condominium Property Manager for our residential division. This temporary role involves providing comprehensive operational management for the Heritage Station property in Calgary, which includes 716 condominium units, a parkade, and commercial components. Responsibilities include overseeing administration, maintenance, customer experience, stakeholder relations, budgeting, and capital projects.

The ideal candidate will have broad real estate property management experience, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. They should be strategic, creative, and able to manage a team of five members effectively.

• Licensed Condominium Manager with RECA
• Excellent communicator with conflict resolution skills

Primary Responsibilities :

• Maintain property and manage budgets
• Oversee daily operations and emergency responses
• Manage risk, insurance, and legal compliance
• Ensure excellent owner and resident relations
• Handle financial operations and vendor negotiations
• Attend bi-monthly board meetings
• Oversee administrative documentation
• Support commercial property operations
• Report on financial and operational metrics
• Comply with relevant laws and safety regulations
• Uphold Westcorp policies and values

Required Skills and Abilities :

• RECA Condominium Management license
• Minimum 4 years in condominium management
• At least 3 years managing high-rise properties and teams
• Proficient in accounting and financial reports
• Strong knowledge of Condominium Act
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Yardi, Angus, SharePoint
• Flexible working hours
