Job Overview

The Condominium Manager willbe responsible for overseeing a portfolio of condominium properties,ensuring efficient operations, financial stability, and high standardsof service. This role requires a strong leader with extensiveexperience in condominium management, a deep understanding of industryregulations, and the ability to build strong relationships withboards, owners, and stakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Oversee the management of aportfolio of condominium properties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between condominium boards,residents, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide expertguidance to condominium boards on governance, budgeting, andregulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plansto enhance the value and functionality of properties.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, financialreports, and reserve fund studies.
  • Supervise and supportproperty management teams, ensuring high levels of performance andcustomer service.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts withservice providers, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenanceand capital projects.
  • Handle conflict resolution and addressresident concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Stay up todate with condominium legislation, industry best practices, andemerging trends.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Condominium Manager (RECAcertification required).
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in condominium management, with aproven track record in senior roles.
  • Strong knowledge ofAlberta condominium legislation and propertymanagement best practices.
  • Excellent financial acumen,including experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and conflictresolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and theability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
