• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of residential construction practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze risks and make timely decisions.
• Familiar with scheduling and budgeting systems; PM software experience.
• Post-secondary education in construction-related field or equivalent.
