Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing high-rise residential or mixed-use construction projects in the GTA.
• Proven experience with projects valued $100M+.
• Strong technical understanding of structural, architectural, and M&E systems.

Mansioni

• Lead the overall management of high-rise construction projects (typically 30+ storeys).
• Manage and mentor site staff including Assistant PMs, Site Superintendents, Coordinators, and Administrators.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical path items and potential delays.
