Job summary

Skyline Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Senior Project Coordinator for a Toronto-based developer-builder to support the Project Manager and Superintendent on on-site high-rise condo projects. The role requires 3+ years of Senior Project Coordinator experience on high-rise condos with GC/CM firms, and proficiency with shop drawings, schedules, and on-site communication.

Procore experience is required; Red Seal carpentry or related education is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as Senior Project Coordinator on high-rise condo projects with mid-large GC or CM firm.
• On-site, hands-on exposure with project teams.
• Solid understanding of the shop drawing process in a high-rise condo setting.
• Familiarity with high-rise condo construction schedules and scopes of work.
• Engineering and/or university background.
• Ability to manage trades and communicate clearly on site.
• Well organized with documentation management.
• Willingness to work across different project locations in the Toronto Area.
• Red Seal Carpentry or construction-related education is an asset.
• Tech-savvy and experience with Procore is required.
• Experience with contracts, change orders and tendering is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent on site.
• Coordinate trades, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly on site.
• Ensure effective document management and shop drawings processes.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and scopes across multiple locations in the GTA.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years minimum experience as Senior Project Coordinator on high‑rise condo projects with a mid‑large size GC or CM firm,
• Boots on the ground, not behind a desk exposure,
• Solid understanding is required of the shop drawing process in a high‑rise condo project setting,
• Familiarity with high‑rise condo construction schedules and scopes of work,
• Engineering & or university background,
• Ability to manage trades, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly and respectfully on site,
• Well organized and efficient at document management,
• Willingness to work across different project locations in the Toronto Area,
• Red Seal Carpentry or construction‑related education is an asset,
• Tech‑savvy and experience with Procore is required,
• Experience with contracts, change orders and tendering is an asset.
