Job summary

Firma Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our growing team in Alberta and Saskatchewan. You will oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, coordinating field crews and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality targets.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, ensuring safety, and mentoring foremen while maintaining strong communication with project managers and clients. This is year‑round, on‑site work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of concrete supervision experience.
• Experience with formwork, rebar, concrete placement, and finishing operations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Experience in commercial, civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Salary based on experience (120.000+)
