Job summary

Techo-Bloc Inc. in Saint-Hubert, Quebec is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the night shift to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform adjustments, and ensure product quality while learning on the job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production.
• Industrial mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills; ERP/Microsoft tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Make machine adjustments, troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and perform minor repairs to keep equipment running.
• Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Use tools and measuring devices to ensure product specifications.
• Complete daily production and maintenance reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations.
• Communicate issues and priorities during shift change.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards
• Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facility’s equipment operates efficiently
  The candidate will be trained on the day or night shift (training flexibility required)
• Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

• Communicate issues and priorities during shift change

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production

  Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.)
