Job summary

Innova Contracting Ltd. is seeking skilled construction workers for on-site roles in Canada. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience, read blueprints, and be capable of measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining wood and light steel materials.

Foundations, floors, walls, and roof systems will be constructed at multiple locations. Position requires on-site work, readiness to travel to various sites, use of hand tools, and adherence to safety practices including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements.

• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls/roof systems.
• Read blueprints and drawings and follow project plans.
