Job summary

Clearwater Structures Inc. in Ontario seeks a Concrete Finisher & General Labourer to join project crews across East and West Ontario. Work includes forming, finishing and related labour tasks on heavy civil sites, with emphasis on safety and tool use.

Requires at least 2 years in bridge/road construction; good physical stamina and English at an intermediate level. Full-time permanent position offering 40–45 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in bridge and road work construction.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, walking, digging, bending).
• Full G license or equivalent with a clean driving abstract is an asset.
• Committed to maintaining safety requirements and standards.
• Language: English at least intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle forms, panels, scaffolding, ramps, shoring, and barricades.
• Build and set up formwork / strip forms.
• Work with hand tools, power tools and equipment used in concrete construction.
• Keep tools, equipment, and jobsite clean and maintained.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.

Concrete Finisher / General Labourer

Clearwater Structures Inc. and its affiliated companies are the industry leader in heavy civil construction specializing in bridge construction and rehabilitation. Looking for Concrete Finishers and General Labourers to join project crews in our East and West Ontario regions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Erect and dismantle forms, panels, scaffolding, ramps, shoring, and barricades required at construction sites

Building and setting up formwork/Strip forms

Work with a variety of hand tools, power tools and equipment used in concrete construction.

Keep tools, equipment, and jobsite clean and maintained

Follow safety protocols at all times, maintaining personal and workplace safety

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in bridge and road work construction required

Ability to handle physically demanding work such as lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, standing, walking, digging, bending, etc

Full G license or equivalent with a clean drivers abstract is an asset

Committed to maintaining safety requirements and standards

Salary: $40.00-45.00 / hour
