Job summary

Clearwater Structures Inc. is seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic to bolster our teams in the East and West Ontario regions. Use computerized and other testing equipment to diagnose issues and determine repair needs, and perform cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance tasks.

Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and adhere to manufacturers' specifications, and conduct welding and heavy truck repairs as required. English required; salary offered is $36.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar heavy duty mechanic role.
• Certification or Diploma in vocational training preferred.
• Proficient with computerized testing equipment and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with computerized testing equipment.
• Perform cleaning, lubrication and maintenance tasks.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure performance per spec.
• Weld as needed and conduct repair work on heavy trucks.
