Job summary

Audi Midtown Toronto, part of The Humberview Group, is seeking a Service Drive Thru Concierge to welcome customers, manage service traffic, and assist the service team. Qualifications

• Positive, friendly attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Valid G2 or G license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles is an asset.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a warm, upbeat welcome.
• Direct customers to the appropriate person or location as needed.
• Control service traffic flow and parking.
• Record customer details such as name, VIN, mileage, and any vehicle damage.
• Assist Service Advisors at the counter and in the drive-through.
• Keep the service drive area clean, safe, and organized.
• Support follow-up on repair orders as needed.

Audi Midtown Toronto is looking for a Service Drive Thru Concierge to add to their team in Toronto. Audi Midtown Toronto is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As the first point of contact in our Service Department, the Service Concierge will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience. Our Service Concierges welcome customers as they arrive, assist with service traffic flow, support Service Advisors, and help move vehicles throughout the shop and car wash.

This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working with people.

Compensation: $18.50 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
• Assist customers with their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
• Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
• Assists Service Advisors with duties at the service counter and in the service drive through.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Assists customer follow‑up on repair orders.
• Other duties as required by the Service Manager.
