Job summary

Performance Honda Mayfield, part of Performance Auto Group, is seeking a friendly Service Concierge to join our Brampton-area team. You will greet customers, park vehicles, assist the service department with administrative tasks and help ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a post-secondary credential, a valid Ontario driver’s license, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Tagging and parking service vehicles.
• Assisting service department with administrative duties.
• Washing vehicles.
• Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
• Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
• Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealership.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Performance Honda Mayfield is looking for a team oriented Service Concierge to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethics and a willingness to learn and succeed. Reporting into the Service Manager, this position will mainly be responsible for identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers.

• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Merchandising experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
