Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and mentor employees in assigned areas.
• Ensure operational efficiency and adequate staffing.
• Oversee setup and closing of concession locations at events.
• Manage inventory, stock, and equipment checks.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with policies.
• Interacting with guests and resolving issues or escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate opening/closing counts and reconciliation.
