• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook concession food items quickly and efficiently.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with friendly service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep and serving areas.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties.
