Full Circle Studio is seeking an Experience Designer to design and refine player flows, wireframes, and layouts for a sandbox skateboarding game. At Full Circle, we are redefining what it means to create and play together. We are the studio behind skate.™, an online, free‑to‑play skateboarding sandbox set in an ever‑evolving world. With cross‑play and cross‑progression, skate. moves with you, wherever you play. This role follows a hybrid work model and is based out of our Vancouver or Montreal studio.

The Experience Designer will report to the Associate Experience Director.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine player flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and layouts that improve clarity, usability, and comprehension.
• Translate player needs, behaviour patterns and product goals into thoughtful UX solutions.
• Collaborate with Experience Designers, Game Designers, Producers, Researchers, Art Directors, Engineers, and Design System owners to deliver cohesive, high‑quality features from concept to implementation.
• Present and rationalise UX design decisions to peers and partners, advocate for the player, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Qualifications

Pay Transparency - North America

British Columbia (depending on location, e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $104,500 – $142,800 CAD

We offer vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan for regular full‑time employees.
