EmploisTI, Inc. is seeking a Computer Technician to maintain network and wireless equipment, install software, and prepare computers for shipment to schools. The role includes drafting procedures and user guides, training users, and providing technical support to staff.
Under supervision of the Project Manager, you will assist analysts and participate in testing and implementing solutions. Schedule is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary per the AENQ agreement.
Under the supervision of the Project Manager of Information and Technology Services, the Computer Technician is responsible for the following tasks:
Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C.) in computer technology or equivalent.
The Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all of the afore-mentioned qualifications if it finds a suitable candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) and who accepts, as a condition of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board.
35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
In accordance with the AENQ collective agreement for support staff, this position belongs to job category 4204: from $27.75 to $37.04 an hour depending on qualification and experience. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task.
