Job Description

The Computer Hardware Technician will work with reputable brands, gaining exposure to a wide range of POS products, ATMs, and merchant devices. This role offers an excellent learning opportunity, working with customers from various retail sectors. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, self-motivated, and technically savvy. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. This position involves regular on-call shifts, as well as after-hours and weekend availability.

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service
2. Perform swift break/fix resolutions on POS equipment, peripherals, PCs, and networking
3. Execute install, move, add, change (IMAC) projects
4. Follow and maintain work order processes
5. Maintain accurate service stock levels
6. Adhere to all Service Level Agreements
7. Communicate professionally and tactfully

Qualifications

1. A+ Certification is a plus
2. Experience with Self-Checkout & POS systems is a plus
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Technical and mechanical aptitude
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
6. On-site service capability
7. Citizen or permanent resident status

The successful candidate will need to complete a background check prior to starting.
