Job summary

TD is seeking a Manager, Compliance Advisory – Global Transaction Banking (GTB) to join its Securities Compliance team in Canada. The role focuses on providing regulatory guidance across Corporate Cash Management, Global Trade Finance, and related GTB areas.

The candidate will manage the compliance program, partner with cross-entity teams, and support governance and regulatory engagement with Canadian regulators. Strong experience in GTB and Canadian regulations is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of compliance advisory experience (or with regulator/law firm).
• Experience advising Global Transaction Banking businesses, wholesale client coverage.
• Knowledge of GTB products and Canadian regulatory frameworks (OSFI).
• Cross-border and U.S. regulatory familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle complex regulatory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day strategic advice to the GTB business.
• Advise on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, update and implement compliance policies and controls.
• Deliver regulatory training to front office and control functions.
• Assist governance, controls, and audit processes.
