Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Alberta Teaching Certificate required.
• Experience supporting inclusive practices and real-time classroom problem-solving.
• Experience with English as an Additional Language learners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and co-teach with classroom teachers to address real-time classroom needs.
• Provide immediate support for behavioural, academic, or mental-health concerns.
• Deliver targeted interventions while prioritizing student inclusion.
• Collaborate with MDT to identify and implement targeted supports.
• Complete school-level reporting and documentation as required.
