Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Complex General Manager to lead a portfolio of Autograph Calgary and related operations in Calgary, AB. The role demands an energetic leader with luxury or lifestyle hotel experience and a proven ability to drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The GM will hire, motivate, and reward a winning management team, act as the face of the hotels to brand owners and Concord, and ensure alignment with the company mission and cornerstones.

Qualifications

• Urban, luxury or lifestyle experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Full Service Hotel Experience with strong F&B skills.
• Ability to manage, drive and lead a team of department heads.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue and market share improvements/results.
• Excellent ability to network in a city through relationships and serving as face of hotel.
• Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity in providing memorable service to guests.
• Superior profit driving skills and ability to manage a budget and control costs.
