Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Complex General Manager in Calgary to lead luxury and lifestyle hotel brands. You will hire, motivate, and reward a high-performing management team, serve as the face of the hotels with owners and Concord, and collaborate with the brand to drive outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full-service hotel leadership, strong F&B expertise, budget control, and a passion for community engagement, growth, and delivering memorable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Full Service Hotel Experience, with strong skills in F&B.
• Ability to manage, drive and lead a team of department heads.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue and market share improvements.
• Excellent ability to network in a city through relationships and serving as face of hotel.
• Interest in joining a very progressive company.
• Proven experience leading teams to success.
• Out-of-the box thinking and creativity in providing memorable service to our guests.
• Superior profit driving skills and ability to manage a budget and control costs.
