Job description

Inspire Sports Victoria is seeking a senior competitive coach to co-manage our WAG program, which is experiencing growth. The ideal candidate should have experience with the CPP 6+ Program and be committed to fostering emotionally, mentally, and physically strong athletes through strong relationships, hard work, communication, and integrity.

The coach must be open to direct communication with athletes, parents, and staff to promote a safe and inclusive environment.

Terms of Employment:

• Full-time: 5 days/week, 40 hours/week, with up to 32 hours of coaching. Travel for competitions generally occurs on weekends, approximately 2-7 weekends per season. The schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and one weekend day. Five weeks of paid vacation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Comp 2 Women’s Artistic certification; trained candidates with experience will also be considered.
• Minimum Foundations Trampoline certification.
• Criminal record check.
• Standard First-Aid & CPR certification.
• Certificates in Making Ethical Decisions and Respect in Sport.
• Basic administrative skills, including email communication and program planning.
