Job summary

TMX Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Compensation to lead the compensation function across business units. based in Vancouver with a hybrid 2-3 day office schedule, you will guide senior leaders on complex pay decisions and drive the Total Rewards agenda.

You will leverage deep knowledge of US labor regulations, FLSA, and market surveys to ensure competitive, compliant pay programs while developing a high‑performing team and partnering across HR and Finance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a business partner/advisory role.
  • 2-3 years in direct people management or mentoring.
  • Strong ability to advise senior leaders on complex compensation matters.
  • Deep knowledge of US compensation regulations including FLSA and state laws.
  • Expertise in total rewards, job evaluation, and program design.
  • Bachelor’s degree as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership to Compensation Partner/Analyst and develop talent.
  • Lead senior compensation advisory for assigned business units on complex matters.
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to co-create scalable compensation solutions.
  • Lead annual market surveys and ensure compliance with pay transparency rules.
